The following PDF are safety guidelines for the Upper Schuylkill River Rowing community. While this is not legislation, these guidelines were created by a community of seasoned coaches for the safety of you and your program.


Included in the PDF are the Safety Guidelines, a Map of the USR, a Swim Waiver, and the Link to a Safety Video detailing the course.
